Language Literacy and Numeracy Resources

I have been searching for resources for assessing LL&N in our intending students and finding it hard. There are resources out there but they basically tell you how to develop your own resources and I'm not a teacher in this field but I still need to compile resources for our institute and the industries of Beauty Therapy and Fashion Design. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated,

I have access to some resources at work that may be specific to these industries. Shall check out when I return to work and let you know.
